Following the concern we had over the high level of some of the insurance premiums we were paying to our landlords we appointed ProAktive in April 2010 to undertake a thorough review of the insurance for our leased properties.

As a result of this review we have made significant savings in our landlords insurance costs in the last 2 financial years.

Through the use of their online portal systme 'ASsyst' we are able to maintan and track costs of our property portfolio in real time with ProAktive updating and keeping usinformed throughout.
